Pagerduty Service status showing ' Awaiting Response' though there is no open incident.

Do you have a screen capture or additional details? I’m not sure what you are seeing. Are you looking at a dashboard or the service page?

This is resolved now. This was a bug at Pagerduty end as confirmed by their support team…
